Copyright & Takedowns
How we handle claims that material on this site infringes copyright.
Our position
JET & TRAVEL respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We act promptly on valid notices and we do not knowingly publish material that infringes the copyright of another party.
Designated contact
Takedown notices and related legal correspondence go to our Legal desk, which is the designated contact for copyright matters. Use the contact form on our contact page and choose the Legal desk; a direct email address will be published here once our mailboxes are verified.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, your notice to the designated contact should include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the page URL where it appears; your name, address, and email so we can reach you; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed following a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same designated contact. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, include your name, address, and contact details, and state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are located. We restore material as the law requires.
Photography
Photographs on this publication are credited on the article or feature page where they appear. If you are a rights holder and prefer a different credit or the removal of an image, write to our Legal desk and we will act promptly.
